Simplify, Simplify

Date March 12, 2008

Thoreau once wrote “Simplify, simplify” and those words have hit home as my personal and business life have reached a break-neck pace so far this year. Even though I’ve been fighting this decision for weeks, the time has come to let this blog go. I’m shifting attention to the other parts of my business, particularly the Sell Your Writing Online site since I have a responsibility to the subscribers.

It has been a great joy and exciting adventure writing about web writing, and I’m glad I’ve been able to inspire and commiserate with many of you along the way. Like I said, it’s a decision that I’ve been fighting for several weeks but the time has come. You can only ignore your intuition for so long before it yells in your face!

I’ve decided to turn this site into a static resource for web writers. Hopefully, these changes will be made in the next few weeks.

Thank you for your support and I look forward to interacting with you in different venues!

I hate to see you go, but I’m very happy for you in your business. I guess I’ll have to start hanging around Wahm.com to keep in touch. :-)

Well, I’ll mis reading it, but I can certainly understand it. I’m thinking of letting one of mine go. There are only so many hours in the day and when blogging starts to become a chore, it’s best to move on.

I can sympathize, as I’m in the same boat. The first to go was my Twitter account this week. :)
